athletes, stretching, unwinding, restoring, therapeutic, & yin. We provide encouragement and guidance so that we can explore the path of yoga together in a safe, non judgemental, friendly, and healing environment.

Restorative & Yin yoga workshops are available. 2 hour sessions using blankets, blocks, and bolsters to support and focus on soothing the nervous system, releasing tension, quieting the mind, & bringing balance to the entire body.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow for Back pain, athletes, and improving flexibility. All levels welcome. Vinyasa is simply syncing breath and movement, while you build strength, and calm the mind through meditation, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.
1 on 1 Private session
Therapeutic Yoga helps alleviate pain, tension, and discomfort in the body caused by daily activity, work, environment, stress & injury. They are hands on, and performed on the yoga mat, seated & standing. The benefits of 1 on 1 training is to guide you to develop awareness in ones own body to help stabilize joints, recondition the body to move naturally, decrease pain, gain strength & flexability, through subtle and mindful movements.
